All our letters are manufactured from high quality, display grade expanded polystyrene - containing a flame retarding additive.

When facing letters with acrylic, we ensure a perfect fit to
the edge of the letter.

Acrylic facing will give the letters a hard glossy finish, that from a short distance, will appear similar to acrylic box
letters.

There is a large range of coloured acrylic, including some metallic finishes. It is possible to have the edges of the letters painted to match (or contrast ) with the acrylic face.
