These large hollow balls are made up from 12 pentagons and 20 hexagons, which forms the basic construction of a football.

Our new method of manufacturing these balls ensures a very acurate shape, and smooth surface.

These balls are available from 600 mm to over 2000 mm. ( 6 foot )

 5 foot polystyrene balls, hollow. placing the top hexagon on a 4 foot polystyrene ball. 4 foot hollow sphere.

Above and below: pictures of a 1200mm ( 4 foot ) ball. This ball has a frame inside that the it can be suspended by.
half way through constructing the 4 foot poly sphere. very light and easy to handle.
Below: Pictures of a 1500 ( 5 foot ) ball being assembled.
Below: A 2000 mm ( 6 foot ) ball. This hollow ball has been made up to resemble a foot ball. the joins between pannles are rounded slightely.
