We recently created these giant polystyrene letters for Exponential UK.

The ‘e’ stands at 1500mm high and the ‘x’ 900mm high by 200mm thick. Both letters have been coated all over in idenden for additional fire protection, sanded down to smooth the surfaces, and then painted all over in blue vinyl matt emulsion.
The bottoms of the letters have been flattened so that they can stand in the Exponential offices without any additional support or fixings.
