We manufacture Christmas balls and baubles from just 50mm diameter right up to giant 1500mm baubles, nearly 5 feet across. This gives us options for everything from small decorations to large-scale retail displays, events and installations.

Yes. We manufacture Christmas baubles in many sizes, from 50mm to 1500mm diameter. We can also potentially produce larger bespoke versions, depending on the design, finish and intended use. If you describe the scale you have in mind, we can recommend a practical size and construction method for your display.

Yes. We can produce custom sizes and shapes, adapt our existing baubles, and in some cases create completely bespoke designs. If you have something unusual in mind, send us your brief and we can advise on the best way to make it.

Most of our Christmas baubles are finished in glitter, with a standard range of glitter colours available. We also offer our FineRock finish, which gives us much more flexibility with colour. With sufficient lead time, we can produce smooth-finished large and giant baubles which can be painted in custom colours.

Yes. Basic, bold branding can be applied directly to our standard glitter baubles. However, branded ribbon is often particularly effective. This can be wrapped around the middle of the bauble or attached to the hanging point. With sufficient lead time and quantity, we can also produce branded 70mm baubles, as well as large and giant smooth-painted branded baubles.

Either. Our hanging baubles are supplied with pre-fitted hanging points. On larger sizes we use a mechanical fixing that passes through the bauble and secures at the bottom before being concealed by the glitter finish. We can also manufacture bases for baubles that need to stand on the floor.

Yes. Our glitter baubles can be produced for outdoor use. Please tell us when ordering if they will be displayed outside, as we apply an additional protective coating over the standard varnish. As with most decorative finishes, prolonged exposure to strong sunlight can cause the glitter colour to fade slightly over time.

Our main range is manufactured from expanded polystyrene (EPS), to which we can apply a variety of decorative finishes. Our standard baubles are EPS with a glitter coating. Where a more robust construction is required, we can also manufacture fibreglass baubles. We also offer a range of clear plastic baubles, supplied in two halves so that they can be filled with decorations or products.

Yes. We regularly manufacture props and display pieces for commercial environments including retail displays, events, television and photo shoots. Our EPS contains a flame-retarding additive, and our standard glitter finish provides an additional coating to the surface. Secure hanging points can be incorporated where required, and a Certificate of Conformity can be supplied when required.

Lead time depends on the size, finish and quantity required. Most projects can be turned around within a couple of weeks, while large retail rollouts may be manufactured over several weeks or months. We are also used to urgent requirements for TV productions and photo shoots, and smaller orders can sometimes be produced within a day or two.

Our site-wide minimum order value is £120 for UK orders and £500 for international orders. There is no separate minimum quantity specifically for Christmas baubles.

Absolutely. We can manufacture anything from one-off display pieces to quantities for larger multi-store rollouts. For larger projects, production can be scheduled over a number of weeks or months to suit your rollout programme.

Yes. We deliver throughout the UK and can also ship internationally. We have previously supplied Christmas props to customers across Europe, Australia and the USA, including a rollout of bauble display shelves for Honolulu Cookie Company in Hawaii. Smaller baubles are normally boxed and sent by parcel carrier. Larger pieces can be protected within the EPS shells from which they were manufactured and sent by pallet or dedicated delivery, depending on their size, destination and urgency.

Yes. If they are handled and stored carefully, our baubles can be reused for future Christmas displays. We can also quote to refurbish previously used baubles where required. For storage, keep them somewhere dry and covered to prevent dust settling on the surface and dulling the glitter. If they do become dusty, a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment is a good way to clean them gently.

Yes. We can manufacture replacement baubles or additional pieces to match a previous order. Please be aware that glitter and paint colours can vary slightly between batches, particularly when products are manufactured some time apart.
