Our snowflakes are made from expanded polystyrene, making them a cost-effective way to create a Christmas or winter scene. They are lightweight, easy to install and ideal for retail displays, Christmas windows and event theming.

We can manufacture a single bespoke centrepiece, a small group of coordinated props or repeatable display sets for numerous locations.
For larger rollouts, we can help with prototypes, production consistency, store quantities, labelling and set-by-set packing. Orders can be delivered centrally or, by arrangement, divided between multiple UK addresses.
The earlier we become involved, the easier it is to plan materials, sampling, production and delivery around your launch date.

Materials selected around the project
Expanded polystyrene is one of our most useful materials for Christmas display work. It is lightweight, versatile and economical at a large scale.
Where the brief requires additional strength, sharper details or a different surface, we can also use wood, cardboard, board, papier-mâché, plastics, fibreglass and mixed-material construction.

Yes. We can work from artwork, drawings, dimensions, visual references or a creative brief. Where appropriate, we can also help turn an initial idea into a practical method of construction.
Many products can be resized, recoloured or supplied with alternative finishes, bases, hanging points or fixing arrangements. Tell us how and where the product will be used when requesting a quotation.
Yes. Lightweight construction allows us to make Christmas props at a scale that would be difficult or expensive in heavier materials. Large pieces may be produced in sections for transport and assembly.
Yes. Although expanded polystyrene remains central to much of our work, we also use wood, cardboard, papier-mâché, fibreglass and other materials. Many projects combine several materials.
Yes. We can arrange delivery throughout the UK. The appropriate delivery method depends on the size, quantity, fragility and required arrival date.
We currently manufacture and deliver the props only. Installation is normally completed by the customer’s visual merchandising team, production crew or appointed contractor.
As early as possible, particularly for bespoke projects and retail rollouts. Lead times vary throughout the year and our Christmas production schedule becomes increasingly busy as the season approaches.
