Props and 3D Letters for Exhibition Stands

We manufacture a wide range of exhibition props, including large 3D letters and signage, oversized product replicas, themed props, scenic features such as rocks, and bespoke display elements. Most props are custom-built to suit a specific stand design or brief.

We mainly work with exhibition stand builders, creative agencies and brands, acting as a manufacturing partner and supplying props that integrate directly into stand builds. We are also happy to work directly with exhibitors where the requirement is for props that can be installed in-house.

Yes, this is no problem, and in fact how we work with most of our jobs. We are used to working with design agencies and keeping jobs strictly confidential. We can deliver to site in plain packaging - with unbranded vehicles. You can also send us your own paper work and labels.

Most props are manufactured in polystyrene, allowing us to create large, lightweight forms efficiently. These can be coated or finished in a range of ways, including Jesmonite coatings for added durability and surface detail.

We also use mixed materials such as MDF and timber where additional structure is required. Alongside this, we offer a range of cardboard and papier-mâché 3D letters, and we are currently developing new paper-based model options.

Yes. Our props are designed specifically for exhibition use and can be supplied with flame-retardant materials and finishes where required. Access, handling and installation constraints are considered as part of the manufacturing process.

Yes. We can work from sketches, reference images, technical drawings or 3D files. Where needed, we can also advise on adapting designs to suit materials, budgets and exhibition deadlines.

We are used to working to tight exhibition deadlines. Lead times depend on the size and complexity of the project, but we regularly deliver time-critical work and can advise early on what is achievable.

Yes. We can package and deliver props to exhibition venues, stand builders or storage locations across the UK, and can also arrange international delivery where required.

In many cases, yes. Where required, props can be designed with durability, modular construction and re-use across multiple exhibitions in mind.
