Behind the Scenes at the VM & Display Show 2026

The VM & Display Show 2026 was, once again, a fantastic few days for our team. It was a chance to showcase what we do, connect with others in the industry, and bring our ideas to life on our stand.

A key theme across this year’s show was sustainability, and an important conversation for all of us in the retail and display industry. There’s a growing responsibility to rethink how we design, build and deliver stands, with a stronger focus on reusability, material choices and reducing waste.

For us, it’s about continuing to explore smarter, more sustainable approaches without compromising on creativity or impact. Whether that’s designing modular elements, reusing components, or considering the full lifecycle of a display, it’s an area we’re actively developing and excited to keep pushing forward.

This year’s stand was designed around three core pillars, each representing a key part of our business and the services we offer. The pillars proved to be a great talking point with visitors, while our range of props including Christmas displays, artificial rocks, and large 3D letters, all tied into the overall theme of the stand.

As always, a huge amount of work goes on behind the scenes before the doors even open. From loading in to final finishes, our team worked tirelessly to bring the stand from concept to reality. From design and build at our studios in Cardiff through to on-site installation, it takes a huge amount of collaboration to make it all come together.

We’d like to thank everyone who visited our stand, and of course, a big thank you to our entire team for the hard work, creativity, and energy that made it all possible.
