The construction depends on where and how the letters will be used. A display for a conference stage may need to be made differently if it will be outdoors, suspended above an audience or positioned where visitors can touch it.
We’ll consider how the finished display will actually be used, including:
- Size and normal viewing distance
- Freestanding, fixed or suspended positioning
- Indoor or outdoor use
- Stability and visitor interaction
- Venue access and maximum component sizes
- Packing, transport and on-site handling
- One-off or repeated use
Large or delicate designs can often be divided into sections for transport and assembled at the venue. Bases, supports and hanging points can also be incorporated where required.

We regularly work with event organisers, agencies, production companies and venue teams around fixed schedules. Where required, we can arrange delivery directly to the venue within a specific agreed time window.
Restricted access times, booking-in procedures, named contacts and vehicle restrictions can all be considered. Give us the event date, delivery address and access information as early as possible.

Indoor and Outdoor Event Letters
Yes, 3D letters and logos can be manufactured for outdoor events.
The most appropriate construction depends on how long the display will be outside, whether the position is sheltered or exposed, the expected weather and how the letters will be secured.
Options can include protective coatings, robust materials, weighted or fixed bases, internal supports and reinforced faces. We’ll also consider visitor interaction and whether the display needs to be used again.

Yes. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or a print-ready PDF is normally best. Colours can be produced from supplied references, brand guidelines or recognised colour systems.
